Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business vision.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling quantum computing integration and advanced AI workloads.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including Web3 protocols, edge computing, and predictive analytics.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and frameworks to accelerate product delivery.
- Ensure code quality, security compliance, and system resilience across all infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and decentralized applications (dApps) is a significant plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
