Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design and validate prototype solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish industry partnerships for technology co-development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in forecasting emerging tech trends (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience scaling teams from concept to market leadership
