Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure system architectures for AI and Machine Learning applications.
- Future-Proof Roadmaps: Develop long-term technical roadmaps that align with emerging industry trends and company strategic goals.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to support high-performance computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers on best practices in scalable design.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest security standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
