As a key member of our Future Systems Division, you'll drive the development of fault-tolerant quantum networks, hybrid quantum-classical architectures, and secure post-quantum cryptographic frameworks. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to bridge theoretical quantum mechanics with practical enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures supporting 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Implement post-quantum cryptographic protocols to secure legacy and emerging systems
- Create quantum network infrastructure supporting distributed quantum computing across global data centers
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives for performance optimization
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation financial and healthcare systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record designing enterprise-grade distributed computing systems
- Deep knowledge of quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and their practical implementations
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulators
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing or physics journals
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies
