Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable, and secure AI/ML infrastructure.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in AI trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformers) to integrate into our stack.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews, technical architecture sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Production Deployment: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models from prototype to production deployment using MLOps best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps with clear milestones for the 2026 product cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with distributed computing (Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of optimizing complex algorithms for performance and accuracy.
