Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of Project 2026 infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business goals into engineering solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis and feasibility studies to drive innovation in our core systems.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation and quantum-ready protocols.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
- Expert proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and big data processing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
