Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with our long-term vision for the year 2026.
- Lead Advanced R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, AR/VR, and Blockchain integration.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a dynamic, creative environment where experimentation is encouraged and failure is viewed as a learning opportunity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams to achieve high performance.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
