Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Lead the architecture for large-scale natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research concepts into production-ready products.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, including Transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Strong track record of publishing research or delivering high-impact commercial products.
