Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures for the 2026 technology stack.
- Lead R&D efforts in predictive AI models and quantum algorithm integration.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
- Define technical roadmaps and drive the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with or strong interest in quantum computing concepts and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
