Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Roadmap, focusing on predictive AI and autonomous systems.
- Architect high-performance, distributed computing environments capable of handling exabytes of data.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) into production ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate long-term strategic goals into concrete engineering milestones.
- Establish enterprise-wide best practices for AI ethics, security, and code governance.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of radical innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex, multi-year projects.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with quantum computing fundamentals is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
