Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Define the long-term technical strategy for our AI product roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
