- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to capture emerging innovations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects that influenced business strategy
