Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable system infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on quantum-ready algorithms and decentralized networks.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct risk assessments and performance optimization for complex, high-availability systems.
- Define and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, or Edge Computing is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
