Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning pipelines to production environments.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for high-velocity data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps strategies to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and retraining.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI development.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to integrate novel techniques into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of MLOps, data engineering, and model versioning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to delivery.
