Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and machine learning systems leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure architecture for next-gen predictive models and neural networks.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof cloud-native infrastructures.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Quantum Computing, to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system design projects with high availability requirements.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and responsible AI practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile environments and a passion for rapid prototyping and iteration.
