- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and Web3 solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present visionary technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation-driven culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or platforms
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or metaverse technologies
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, papers, keynotes)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
