- Architect innovation roadmaps with 5-7 year strategic horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend analyses to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish global networks of futurists and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
