Role Overview
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications. You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, efficient code.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and cloud services.
- Development Lifecycle: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and technical standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA) to define features, troubleshoot issues, and deliver on sprint goals.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and ensure product stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python. Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL is highly preferred.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
