Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of high-performance software applications and microservices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- System Optimization: Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to maintain high team standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Agile: Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
