Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, speed, and responsiveness to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first hybrid environment.
