Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all browsers and devices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
