Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and security standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for our clients.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and database management (PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first team environment.
