Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and backend) to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- troubleshoot complex bugs and implement robust solutions in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
