Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
- Testing & Debugging: Identify, test, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployments to production environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and stay current with emerging industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Proven experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Location: Must be willing to work in El Paso, TX (or relocate).
