The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews for the development team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning to ensure system scalability and security.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
