Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for a 15-engineer team
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive cloud infrastructure modernization using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Implement security protocols and compliance frameworks for financial applications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development with React/Node.js
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
