In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring our applications are not only visually stunning but also robust, scalable, and performant. You will lead the technical direction for key modules and mentor junior developers, all while adhering to our agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Feature Development: Build and maintain complex front-end and back-end features with a focus on reusability and modularity.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security standards, and code quality across the team.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize database queries, API response times, and overall application performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Databases: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
