Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native applications using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor 5+ engineers through code reviews, architecture planning, and career growth
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime
- Drive innovation through emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, serverless architectures)
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
- Conduct technical interviews and contribute to talent acquisition strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Java, Python, and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of delivering scalable SaaS products
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certification in AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated success in mentoring junior engineers
