Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models to solve high-impact business challenges
- Create compelling visual dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for digital marketing campaigns across 50+ client portfolios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Maintain data integrity across SQL and Python-based ETL pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts while ensuring project deadlines are consistently met
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with SQL, Python, and R
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau visualization tools
- Proven track record of driving revenue through data-driven insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- BS/MS in Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US immediately
