Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, responsive user interfaces for Project 2026.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for front-end development.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring sub-second load times and 60fps animations.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices into the frontend ecosystem.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and evangelize modern web standards within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS).
- Deep knowledge of at least one major framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Context API) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
