Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision aligned with company goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to forecast industry shifts.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends to mitigate risks and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to prioritize high-impact initiatives for the next 3 years.
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or futurism.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging trends before they become mainstream.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in high-level executive presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about the next 5-10 years.
