Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable training pipelines for large-scale language models.
- Conduct research on novel transformer architectures and optimization techniques to improve inference speed.
- Fine-tune the 2026 model for specific enterprise domains and downstream applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the company's technical roadmap.
- Ensure model efficiency, scalability, and ethical deployment standards.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into real-world applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Transformer models.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience with distributed training, HPC, and high-performance computing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
