Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Front-End Systems: Design and implement high-performance, responsive web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Master Immersive Rendering: Lead the development of WebGL and Three.js experiences, ensuring 60fps performance across devices.
- Optimize User Experience: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for frontend engineering.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize web vitals, reduce load times, and ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; 5+ years of professional frontend development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass/SCSS/Tailwind).
- 3D/WebGL Expertise: Strong experience with Three.js, Babylon.js, or WebGL.
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of at least one major frontend framework.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex issues and optimize rendering pipelines.
