Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and performance at scale.
- Design and optimize deep learning models, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and neural architecture search.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and model deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture audits to ensure security and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI and compute, driving innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tooling (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces or neuromorphic hardware is a significant plus.
