Responsibilities

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, including implementing caching strategies and lazy loading.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Deep knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Context API).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
