Responsibilities
- Architect and Implement: Design and develop robust, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
- Performance Optimization: Drive the technical strategy to ensure web applications load instantly and run smoothly on all devices, optimizing Core Web Vitals and SEO metrics.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product features, translate wireframes into high-fidelity code, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Legacy Migration: Lead initiatives to modernize legacy codebases, improving maintainability and reducing technical debt.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Core Stack: Deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
- Web Standards: Profound understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on creating efficient, scalable solutions for complex business problems.
