Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes into functional, pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a superior user experience.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and implement best practices for code quality and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues in production environments and implement timely fixes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with React.js, Redux, and state management libraries.
- Experience with TypeScript and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
