What You'll Do
As our Senior Engineer, you will take ownership of the technical vision for our upcoming releases. Your work will directly influence how we integrate with next-generation platforms and set the standard for user experience in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the engineering strategy for upcoming product releases, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, scalable systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex AI computations.
- Implement GenAI Features: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning algorithms into core product features.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor system performance, reducing latency and improving load times.
- Collaborate with Product: Work closely with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and prototype emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI model deployment.
