Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and optimize quantum circuits for AI applications using Qiskit and Cirq to maximize computational efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Lead the Research & Development team in exploring post-quantum cryptography, quantum error correction, and hybrid quantum-classical models.
- System Integration: Seamlessly integrate quantum hardware into our existing cloud infrastructure and API ecosystem.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring we stay ahead of quantum computing trends.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and researchers in quantum software engineering best practices and quantum physics fundamentals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors to drive adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, PyQuil, or Forest.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong grasp of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle abstract mathematical problems and translate them into executable code.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
