Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap focused on 2026 milestones and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align long-term vision with daily execution.
- Identify potential risks and innovation gaps in current business models and propose strategic pivots.
- Present strategic proposals to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders with data-backed insights.
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and future-readiness across the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading organizations through major transitions or planning cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on long-term objectives.
