Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technology trends and potential acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to prioritize high-impact innovation initiatives.
- Establish a culture of 'Future-Forward Thinking' within the engineering and strategy departments.
- Manage budgets for experimental projects and pilot programs aimed at 2026 deployment.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, R&D management, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of defining long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps for large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies: GenAI, Blockchain, IoT, and Edge Computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
