Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and next-gen computing architectures, into core business models.
- Collaborate with the C-suite and executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-impact innovation initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new tech adoption, ensuring scalability and security.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and 'future-proofing' across all engineering and product teams.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of industry disruptors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering large-scale technology roadmaps for major enterprises.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
