Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and carbon-neutral computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including neuromorphic processors and decentralized AI networks
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs to publish breakthrough papers on quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for emerging technologies including EU AI Act and US Quantum Computing Security Framework
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects with 15% commercialization target
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences as technology ambassador
- Design scalable architecture for 10,000+ quantum node networks with sub-millisecond latency
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or AI optimization
- Expertise in TensorFlow PyTorch, Qiskit, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling systems to petabyte-scale with 99.999% uptime SLAs
- Security clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) preferred
- Experience with UN SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) initiatives
