Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models, focusing on generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for deployment on high-volume distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to internal innovation labs and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree).
- Extensive experience in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems (Git).
