Responsibilities
- Architect the organization's comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on scalable, autonomous AI solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and next-gen predictive analytics into core business operations.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, edge AI) to maintain a competitive advantage in the 2026 market.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and strategic planners to execute the 2026 vision.
- Establish high-level partnerships with key industry players and research institutions to co-create the future of tech.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI strategy or Future Tech.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, long-term technology roadmaps for organizations targeting significant future milestones.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, and the ethical implications of advanced AI systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
