Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate deployment pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Kubernetes Helm
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture reviews and resource monitoring
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for production systems
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices and cloud security
- Develop monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Champion containerization and microservices adoption across engineering teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC tools
- Expertise in Kubernetes orchestration and container management
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience with GitLab or Jenkins
- Advanced knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and observability
- Proven track record of reducing deployment cycles by 50%+
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Ability to start within 14 days of offer acceptance
