Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent
- Develop automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and monitoring (Ansible, Python)
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems with Prometheus and Grafana
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Drive container orchestration excellence using Kubernetes and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Go)
- Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
- Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform)
