Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Optimization: Lead the analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement within our logistics network.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, sales, and finance teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries to extract and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast demand, inventory levels, and market trends.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that highlight critical business insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
