Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes to support real-time reporting needs.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate product changes and marketing strategies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
