Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and design thinking
- Manage multimillion-dollar innovation portfolios with ROI-driven metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience pitching to VCs and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
